To Our Valued Customers,

This is a challenging time, and our thoughts are with everyone who has been impacted by the COVID-19 outbreak.

Belknap Automotive is working diligently to continue to serve you in a safe and responsible manner. We understand that our services may be essential, and we will do our best to continue to support you through this time of uncertainty.  

To reduce the risk and prevent the spread of COVID-19 we are following guidelines provided by the Wisconsin Department of Health Services for our staff and customers. We are adapting to new information as it becomes available, with the health and safety of our staff and customers being of primary concern.

We will continue to operate our normal business hours of Monday - Friday from 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. Hand sanitizer and disinfectant wipes will be available at our front counter for in-person transactions. Gloves will be worn by our staff members when taking payments. To encourage social distancing, we strongly encourage you to take advantage of our contactless pick up, delivery, and payment options. 

Contactless Vehicle Repair:

  • We will pick up your vehicle from work or home
  • Repairs will be performed at the shop while following health guidelines
  • Once repairs are completed, you may pay over the phone with a credit card
  • We will deliver your vehicle back to you

Our staff and technicians will wear disposable gloves when performing vehicle work and multi-touch points such as steering wheels and door handles will be disinfected accordingly.

We are asking our staff and customers to follow guidelines set out by the state, local, and national health authorities regarding self-isolation if there is any risk you have had contact with COVID-19, and to use alternate methods of doing business with us whenever possible. Please contact us as we will continue to find ways to accommodate the needs of our customers.
